Welcome to Positive Flow Motivation
Please feel free to peruse the services which we provide, which include Casual Yoga classes and workshops in the practice of asana (posture), pranayama (breath practices) and meditation. With the application of Mindfulness, Positive Affirmation and Gratitude to every session, we like to call our style ZenYoga, however the foundation of the practice is that of the Hatha Yoga tradition, and the fundamental principles of Yoga Therapy.
The emphasis of the practice of ZenYoga is to generate a positive experience from our classes, incorporating practices which can also be utilised as a complimentary practice to assist in the management of stress, anxiety and depression.
